²Timone Children Hospital, Department of Pediatric Neurosurgery, Marseil1e, France We report a case of local metastasis of an anaplastic astrocytomas in a six-year-old boy, occurring four months after a stereotaxic biopsy. In central nervous system, implantation metastasis after stereotaxic biopsy is a rare complication.
