Spinal Hemangioblastoma Located in the Conus Medullaris: Case Report

Hemangioblastomas are histologically benign lesions. They may cause important neurological deficits and may bleed during the operation. In our case, the tumour was located extramedullary at the conus medullaris level. In this report, we discuss spinal hemangioblastomas with this special localization.
