Klippel - Trenaunay syndrome is a congenital angiodysplasia characterized by varicose veins, cutaeous haemangiomas and bony and soft tissue hypertrophy. This report describes a case of Klippel- Trenaunay Syndrome with dilated tortuous vessels in the retina and left occipital infaret .
