Intracranial schwannomas most frequently arise from the vestibular portion of the VIII^th cranial nerve. Schwannomas arising from other cranial nerves are rare. Subfrontal schwannoma is extremely rare. We report a case of a subfrontal schwannoma and review the related literature.
