Dysplastic gangliocytoma of the cerebellum (Lhermitte-Duclos disease) is a rare disorder characterized by a slowly enlarging mass lesion in the cerebellum. In this paper, our experience with a case of Lhermitte-Dudos disease with an unusual vermian localization is reported and our findings are discussed in the light of the recent literature.
