It is rare to find a cerebral arteriovenous malformation and a primary brain tumor in the same patient. A literature search revealed only 33 such cases. We report the case of a patient with an arteriovenous malformation and a meningioma in the same cerebral hemisphere, and discuss the clinical and radiological findings. Keywords : Arteriovenous malformation, meningioma, primary brain tumor
