Landmines have long been used in conventional warfare. They explode with triggered of mechanism due to step on them. Landmine injury have increased as the same rate with terrorist attacks in modern age. High-energy landmine explosions usually cause extensive soft tissue and bone defects in legs but cranial injury is occasionally. We present an interesting case of a inner cranial fracture due to land mine explosion military person who is in a 28-year-old male. The patient was admitted our hospital with cranial injury after explosion due to his friend stepped on landmine during military operation. Cranial BT scanning showed at outer skull intact on the left posteroparietal region. But there is at the same region little fragmans to split from at inner skull and contusion. It is discussed of the relevant aspects of mine injury and is reviewed of the literature.
