Department of Neurosurgery, Sodal Security Hospital, Ankara, Türkiye A patient harboring a distal posterior cerebral artery aneurysm is presented. The aneurysm located on the right calcarine artery was totally excised. So far only two cases with such a distal aneurysm of PCA have been published.
