Lymphangioma is a relatively common tumor of soft tissue, but a rare primary lesion of bone. Very few eases of skull lymphangioma have been reported to date. We describe a patient with solitary lymphangioma of the skull that was treated by total exeision and autogenous bone grafting. We also review the literature on this form of neoplasia.
