²Ege University Medical School,Departments of Neurosurgery, Izmir, Turkey We report three examples of subependymoma presented as different clinicopathological aspects. One has an ependymomatous component, the second one is associated with craniopharyngioma. In third case, there is massive hemorrhage into the large subependymoma.
